q: How is the pricing determined?

The pricing is designed to be very simple and transparent. One of the main benefits of dealing directly with the manufacturer is being able to realize cost savings, enabling our being able to offer the products at very reasonable prices. You can simply select a mask to be made from one of our available colors and/or designs, or utilize our customization features to personalize your masks further. All prices are clearly provided throughout the procurement process, including the shipping cost at any selected quantity.

 
q: What fabrics are used to make the masks?

The top layer is made from a high-performance hydrophobic microfiber that repels liquid droplets. This feature lasts for up to thirty washes. The inner two layers are lined with pure cotton high-twist jersey fabric that increases breathability and comfort when wearing the mask. The aluminum nose piece and the adjustable ear toggles enhance the fit of the mask across the face lines, should you require the mask to be worn more snug to minimize air leakage.

 
q: What sizes do you offer?

We offer 3 sizes as per the following:

Adult: Height – 5.75 inches (14.5cm) x Width – 9 niches (23cm)

Youth: Height – 5.25 inches (13.5cm) x Width – 8 inches (20.5cm)

Junior: Height – 4.5 inches (11.5cm) x Width – 7.5 inches (19cm)

 
q: What is the minimum order quantity?

We require a minimum purchase of 100 units per color or design, and per size, to ensure we are able to keep our price points at the factory-direct prices.

 
q: What is the lead time to delivery?

The estimated lead time to delivery is within three weeks of placing the order. If any inadvertent delay is expected, we will communicate with you regarding this right away.

 
q: How do I reorder?

The email address given to us at the time of check out will be your username, and a password will also be emailed to you as soon as you have created an account with us. Reordering thereafter will be very simple as you can easily login to view your order history and place any reorders, with or without any additional changes, directly from your personal dashboard.

 
q: Are these masks medical masks or do you offer medical masks?

These masks are not medical masks and do not offer medical protection that is required for first responders, or for those in clinical or surgical environments. The built-in slot for filters may or may not provide additional protection for pathogens, however, we are not able to provide any warranties that the mask and the use of the additional filter will provide full protection from transmission of diseases.

 
q: What steps do you take to ensure that the order is manufactured as per the requirements?

Once an order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you with all the order details, and an email from our operations director will also be sent to initiate personal contact so that we remain in correspondence through the manufacturing process until delivery. We have seen that consistent communication and confirmation through the process has been one of the best ways to ensure that an order is received as placed.

 
q: How do you handle errors in an order?

Should an error be made on our part due to the wrong color/design/logo or any other aspect of the mask order being received unlike what was ordered, we will work with you to ensure that you will receive the order as placed.

 
q: What options for communication/correspondence are there?

An email would be the best form of communication so that there is a single point of reference for the full order history, however, we are also available via WhatsApp, and our Contact Us page will provide all the information needed for us to build a long term business relationship with you.

 
q: What is your copyrights/intellectual property rights policy?

q: Are you also the manufacturer?

We are in fact the actual manufacturers of the products and so the orders are made in-house at our factory in Thailand, and shipped directly to you. There are several mutual benefits in our clients being able to engage with us directly, including receiving better pricing, communication, and product.

 
q: Do I have to pay taxes and duties for the masks?

Since we are manufacturing and shipping out from Thailand, there will not be taxes on the order, however, some customs duties may or may not be applicable, depending on the country of import and perhaps on the value of the order. We would suggest contacting your local customs office to determine the applicability of duties.
